These high gas prices are going to break me. I stopped to get some gas after work today and had to wait in line. I heard some men saying its supposed to go as high as 30-50 cents by the weekend, I hope not. I barely make enough to pay the bills and I don't need any extra expenses.

I was looking at the news earlier and its heart breaking to see all the devastation in New Orleans as well as Mississippi. I feel so bad for all the people who were affected by this. Then to see some of the people looting as well as taking advantage of people by taking their belongings, it angers me. Its so low down to take belongings from what is left of someone's home. I cannot imagine what these people are going through.

It makes me think about how I complain about things when they are not the way I would like them to be. Some of the people lost everything, homes, cars, all their belongings, places of employment and even loved ones. I should be greatful for the things I have and stop complaining even if the gas prices are continually increasing.
